MY PASSION TO HELP PEOPLE
to achieve their optimal physical and mental health has started at age of 12 when I saw
my parents struggle with their health problems and relationship issues.
That year, I spent my entire summer vacation writing pages and pages to convince them to adopt a healthier lifestyle, reduce stress, and improve our family life…

which gifted me with exceptional INSIGHTS and COMPASSION witnessing people’s suffering from harsh conditions. Becoming adult, I expressed an ardent desire to build a health career, but life had decided differently…
Moved to France at age of 26,
I was like a new-born baby, fascinated by the discovery of this western society. While gaining new perspectives on lifestyle and well-being, I rooted myself even deeper into the HUMANISTIC VALUES that I have always cherished, they are indeed shared by all people despite their cultural differences.

My own healing process was a precious occasion for me to learn and grow. I have deepened my understanding of challenges that people face. Through years of exploration on nutrition, positive psychology, energy work and many other physical and mental self-care practices, today I’m SKILLED TO HELP OTHERS to break the pattern and regain balance in their lives.
